A love of travel led me to the US Foreign Service. After a decade of service I resigned from my position to stay home with my children, write books and follow my husband around the world on his diplomatic missions. I have published one romance novel (Smoke and Mirrors, Harlequin Temptation) and a dozen short stories. Currently I'm working on a Woman's Fiction Novel, short stories and several pieces of Children's Literature. As a writer I hold membership in the Washington Romance Writers (WRW), Romance Writers of America (RWA) and the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI).
